Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accept cash or money orders deposited by customers, credit customers’ accounts and issue cheque books, receipts and statements;
Pay money to or credit accounts for customers according to advice slips, cheques or other banking documents, and debit appropriate accounts;
Balance cash;
Open account for customers;
Advice customers on products and services;
Responds to customers enquiries at the Customer Service Desk and on telephone;
Follows up on customer complaints and provides feedback;
Assist customers with transactions including the filing of appropriate forms;
Conducts direct promotions on a periodical basis soliciting for customers
Effectively screens and selects loan applications;
Performs other administrative support duties not explicitly mentioned above.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Secretarial studies, Management or related field;
No working experience is required;
Preferably Male between the ages of 21 – 27 years.
