Job Description
• To prospect and submit at least one successful Agent in a day to support Agent Banking.
• Identification, onboarding, and support of Agents mapped to the Branch.
• Daily customer enrolment/onboarding on Mobile, Digital accounts, Online and USSD.
• Salesforce for market storm activations in new territories and full-time representatives for all Sales activations & Campaigns.
• Support for business in attainment of all targets set for Channel products.
Requirements
• Degree / HND in any related field.
Other Competencies:
• Must have considerable knowledge in Marketing/Sales.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess good judgment, high integrity and analytical skills.
• Must have a high sense of responsibility.
