Job Description

A Steel Manufacturing Company is seeking to recruit a dynamic, results oriented, passionate and self-motivated candidates with high ethical values for the position of Marketing Manager.

This position will involve:
Responsibilities:
• Planning and design of marketing collateral (billboards, brochures, corporate gifts, business cards, etc.).
• Identification of outreach and branding promotion opportunities, overall brand management.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our websites that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Build strategic relationship and partner with industry players agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hardcopy brochures and case studies.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals.
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust emails and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Education, Skills & Experience
• Social media savvy.
• 5+ years’ experience in the marketing or related industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude to learn.
• Proven experience in identifying target audience.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg.Google analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends.).
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• BSc/MSc degree in marketing or related field.
• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
• Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.
