Job Description

An international construction company is looking for an Administrative Manager.

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Social Sciences. Must have MBA/Professional Certification in HR or related course with a minimum of 5 years working experience as an Administrative Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resource

Responsible for recruitment and selection of candidates.
Manage payroll and employees benefit administration.
Prepare policies and procedures for the HR department.
Provide advise to Management on HR Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for IR issues and interactions with the Union
Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions.
Participate in grievance and disciplinary hearing
Responsible for training and performance management.
Good knowledge in HR administration and employee engagement.
Knowledge of local labour legislation and implementation.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned.

Administration and General Services

To plan, organize and administer activities of the office.
Ensures provision of logistics such as office supplies, Office items.
Supervise all travel process including securing entry VISA, resident permits, work permits.
Supervise and follow-up on apartment rentals.
Supervise and follow-up on lease agreement, tenancy agreements and renewals.
Supervise activities of employees assigned to work in apartments
Supervise and manage the vehicle use and errands of drivers.
Follow-up on Utilities payment for apartments rented.
