Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time.
Planning the menu and designing the plating presentation for each dish and buffet

Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
Hiring and training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items
Collaborating with Food & Beverage management
Optimizing staff productivity,
Stocktaking ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
Monitor all aspects pertaining to the control of the hotel’s food cost
Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu.
Keeping track of new trends in the industry.
Incorporating feedback from outlet managers to make improvements or resolve issues
Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards as per International and local regulations at all times
Ensure consistent on the job training session for culinary colleagues
Experience on relevant position in branded 4star Hotels
3+ years of kitchen experience
