Job Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish, maintain, and expand active customer base.
• Properly categorize the customers into key strategic zones and classes.
• Expand the existing customer base as per the Sales department’s KPI.
• Develop strategies to sell products and design tactics to result in maximum revenue generation.
• Implement sales strategies, analyze trends and interpret results.
• Present monthly trends and customer-centric analysis based on the results of the analysis.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate negative trends and feedback.
• Strive to achieve sales targets.
• Compile and analyze sales data.
• Report to the General Manager competitor analysis that can propel Assisi Foods forward.
• Report on KPIs at management meetings.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain the objective of value creation for the Organisation in all activities.
2. Act in the best interest of the corporation and always uphold the image and good reputation of
the Corporation.
3. Demonstrate professionalism in words and conduct.
4. Make best efforts to respond to requests (email and others) on the same day.
5. Seek appropriate permission from superiors always where required.
Responsibility for Assets (Equipment, Tool etc.)
• Has responsibility for selling finished products in assigned logistics i.e. Truck

Requirements
• HND Marketing / Purchasing and Supply
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Sales Officer
